Diploma in Public Procurement and Contract Management

Introduction

The Primary objective of this undergraduate Course is to impart professional training in various facets of Procurement and contract management with state of art input in the use of information technology and E-commerce in the conduct of procurement and management of contracts. This course has 10 modules and all of them are compulsory.

Module 5: Logistics and Supply chain Management

Module 6: Stores and Materials Management

Module 7: Principles of Accounting and Financial Management

Module 8: Principles of Marketing

Module 9: Contract and Dispute Management

Module 10: International Procurement Management

Module 11: Information Technology

Module 12: Procurement Management

Managing People Management

Practicum

a) The Entire course Duration is 6 months

b) Candidates shall be expected to Submit 10 Assignments (Continuous Assessment test) that Account to 70 % of their Work and a Project Paper at the Tail end of the course, which accounts to 30 % of the course Work.

 

In order to demonstrate their understanding of the course content, students will be required to submit assignments at the end of every month.
