Diploma in Communication Skills
Course overview
The Diploma in Communication is designed to enlighten students on the art of communication, perception, group dynamics, and persuasion by studying both verbal and nonverbal communication strategies.
Course objectives
At the end of the course, participants will be able to;
Discuss the difference between soft skills and hard skills
Identify different communication channels
Differentiate between verbal and non-verbal communication
Discuss filters and barriers
Explain the effect which new technologies have had upon communication

In order to demonstrate their understanding of the course content, students will be required to submit assignments at the end of every month.
